Customer Success Manager / Solution Specialist

Position: Milan – Rome – Remote

Description

You will work side by side with our customers to guide them to their business goals. You will be responsible for the platform training and the proper usage of social media data analytics. You will manage our customers in the pre and post-sales phase.

Type: Contract.
Work location: Milan – Rome – Remote

Your main tasks will be

  • Customers onboarding who have to be taught about the correct usage of our app and about the integration of social media listening in their company’s everyday activities
  • Keep solid, profitable relations with customers, woking side by side with them in order to make them achieve their business goals
  • Selling additional services
  • Take part to industry events
  • Contribute to the sales process by finding out new opportunities
  • Support customers
  • Lead product demos to prospects and investors
  • Contribute to blog contents with articles and reports
  • CRM management

What we ask

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, in a social media analysis team, in a PR & communication agency or in a web agency
  • A deep knowledge of Social Listening, Social Analytics and/or SaaS
  • Experience in the use of CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • A fluent written/spoken english; an extra language is considered a strong plus
  • Pulic speaking skills
