A spring air of change in KPI6. For our “aficionados” there have been weeks of changes within our suite, with system implementations, structural changes to some features, new interfaces, deprecation of other features.
A real bomb you might think! But no, we are here to help you to understand step by step what were the main innovations introduced within our Digital Market Research suite, in order to make the products more and more performing, user friendly with the right look and feel suitable for a disruptive product like ours.
UX, UI and Dark Mode
Looking beautiful is hard work: that’s why the most impactful modification occurred on the face of KPI6, on its interface.
A renewed User Experience and User interface in order to make the suite more attractive, fashionable, with the possibility of being able to use the dark view mode in order to have a good friend for one’s sight, but also more brilliant, eye-catching charts, that ensure a wow effect within your customer presentations.
The MarketEar overview is totally renewed, with new graphics and changes to those you were already accustomed to knowing and using, such as the sentiment trend.
New filtering system
A new filter system so that you can better navigate within the myriad of data and insights downloaded in your searches, with an intuitive and convenient interface.
A direct and quick support
In order to expand the support we give to our customers, we have introduced a further possibility to get in touch with us directly on the platform, so that you can stay comfortably in the search environment, without going out and sending further emails.
Within the suite, you will find the integration of Freshdesk under the heading “Support”, at which click a modal will open that will allow you to introduce all the characteristics of your problem (search link, filter, problem, etc.), by sending a ticket directly to our support center.
A direct and fast way to be able to communicate bugs found in the app or simply the problems encountered during the daily use of the platform.
Few dashboards, more insights
New dashboards within MarketEar, full of charts, insights, graphs and data. However, it is possible to continue to use the old graphs within the Custom Dashboards, creating a customized dashboard based on your needs, briefs and purposes.
